Biocell serum is the SUPER ANTI-AGING serum that contains MALLUS DOMESTICA FRUIT CELL CULTURE EXTRACT which produced using stem cell technology. MALLUS DOMESTICA FRUIT CELL CULTURE EXTRACT has been extracted from apple which has effective natural ingredient on it to improves skin regeneration, coupled with the unique formulation by our Chemist, Mr. NOBU, is the “V 10 Plus BIOCELL serum”.

How long does it take to see the results promised?

It ranges for different individuals. However, visible results can be seen after 10-21 days of usage for most users.

V 10 Plus is a water based product and the serums are made with safe ingredients, mostly from plants extracts. There are no paraben, preservatives, artificial colors, artificial fragrance or mineral oil (which comes from crude oil) in the serums. Are V 10 Plus products suitable for sensitive skin?

As mentioned earlier on, our products are being studied, researched and tested by our Chemist, Mr. NOBU, who had more than 18 years of experience in the skin care industry, the ingredients used are definitely safe.
Understanding that sensitive skin experiences irritation and redness easily, our serums are produced to be gentle to cater to sensitive skin as well.

What are the procedures in using V 10 Plus serums?

After cleansing your face, drop 1 to 3 drops of each serum onto your palm, depending on how many serums you are using, and apply over your face (unless otherwise instructed, such as for Vitamin A serum, which is to be applied over the eye area). Subsequently, you can proceed with your own daily skin care range.

Shipping Address Errors

If you receive the following error message on the Shipping Address page, please check the address that you entered for typos, misspellings, or abbreviations. Also check for unnecessary spaces in the address fields:

“We have encountered one or more errors with this shipping address: Invalid Zip, City and State Combination. Please check your entry and try again. In most cases, spelling errors, extra spaces, and/or abbreviations in the city field cause this error message.”

We validate the entered shipping address against postal software that does not recognize spaces at the end of the address line.

International Payment Methods

Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through PayPal. We are unable to accept debit cards or American Express Corporate cards at this time. Gift cards and eGift certificates are not available for purchase or redemption online at this time.

Return Policy

Please note that your returns for exchanges policy will only be accepted if the following conditions are met and reported to our customer service at cs@v10plus.co.jp within 24 hours of product receipts:

* Damaged or defective
* Wrong item delivered
* Missing items
* Products must have been purchased directly from www.v10plus.co.jp. We cannot process requests for returns or exchanges for products purchased from other retail outlets.

Kindly ensure that the item to be returned has the original packaging, free gifts and any other item(s) that came with it. Please make sure you wrap them back nicely to avoid damage to the parcel during transportation.
Contact customer service at cs@v10plus.co.jp within 24 hours of receipt of items, and provide the following information:
Order reference number and list of specific items you would like to exchange or a replacement (including all necessary details), as well as the following:
1. A picture of the damaged packaging if the item arrived damaged
2. A written description of the reasons for Returns and Exchanges
After receiving your email, our customer service will get back to you for product exchange and return details.

Please note that original shipping and handling charges and your local taxes are non-refundable.
Customer will need to pay for return shipping costs for exchanges or return of products back to our office but we will pay the shipping costs to return the goods back to you once we find the product returns are at our own fault.

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfilment centres (usually within 7 working days of receipt), your product replacements will be sent out next working days at our costs but the local taxes at your destination will need to be born at your side.
